Ramsgate Week 19th to 24th July 2026

Ramsgate Week 2026 is widely recognised as the friendly regatta and the alternative to Cowes.

In 2026 we plan to have 4 Cruiser classes racing under YTC, 2 IRC classes plus a Classic class subject to entries. Classes start and finish lines will be either off the pierhead making for a great spectator spectacle or off a committee boat. We also recognise Cruiser racer or Cruiser class entries and if there are 3 or more of one type of boat in the same class prizes will be awarded for 1st place for the class type.

All yachts return to the Royal Harbour after racing and are moored up together in a competitors area. The central meeting point is the balcony at the yacht club and the apres racing stories are then told in abundance. The town is a 5 minute walk from your berth and Ramsgate is well known for its variety of bars & restaurants. It's wise to book the restaurants in advance.

Sailing programme 2026

Ramsgate Week is continuing to build on the successful formula of previous years.

We recognise that we must accommodate those that want to have a full weeks holiday and those that can only take a couple of days off.

We see 2026 as a bumper year for sailing and look forward to welcoming both old and new competitors to our special regatta week.
